Swift Aviation Services, Inc., located at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, has been in business since 1991. The company refuels airplanes for US Airways, Airborne, ATA and other carriers, performs aircraft maintenance and repair, maintains a large inventory of aircraft parts, provides private terminal services for corporate jets, making hotel, rental car and catering arrangements as needed. 


Situation
Offering this many different services is truly a business challenge, and “Sage MAS90 helps in all areas”, says Jeannine Grant, Controller. Inventory requirements are particularly demanding due to tracking cores associated with parts.  Not only does Sage MAS90 handle this well, but also as a Controller, Jeannine’s favorite feature is the audit trail Sage MAS 90 provides.  Swift Aviation Services has been using Sage MAS90 since 1998, switching from “an antiquated system”.   Jeannine praises the services she has received from AAIS.   “Their consultants understand accounting.  When they set up a new system, they not only know how the software works, but also how the modules interact, and what the business and accounting end-result should be.”  Jeannine also acclaims AAIS technical services.
